November is my birth month, specifically November 18 is my birthday. I took another trip around the sun with my favorite running workout, strides. I had a great birthday and did my favorite things. My goal for this year of life is to ramp up my sub 2 hour half marathon project. I already started with my new Garmin training plan. The new pace ranges are hard, but what's really funny is that they used to be my average pace a few years ago. I am looking forward to my 2022 race schedule and returning to regularly scheduled in-person races.
